Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing and delivering on features and products to match business needs
• Work with the Product Owners and Project Managers on defining the project’s detailed scope
• Be responsible for creating and maintaining user stories
• Work closely with the Architects and Product Owner on the prioritization of the product backlog of user stories
• Work with the various Product Owners and Quality Assurance Analysts on different aspects of the projects
• Be capable of communicating the organization’s business strategy
• Translates business requirements into very clear functional requirements
• Identify the current and emerging business needs and then be able to create alternative IT solutions
• Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for clean and effective delivery
• Consistently demonstrate Lean principles for efficient delivery

Experience Required

• Ideally you have 5-7 years’ experience as a business analysis
• Experience working in a hybrid and/or Agile environment
• Experience in the digital space would be a big advantage for this position

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Expertise with JIRA, Confluence
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with the ability to self-motivate see out tasks from start to finish
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Msc
• Agile certification
