Senior Business Analyst

Purpose:

You will be involved in all aspects of my clients of business analysis engagements, from undertaking the client’s business terms right through to delivery of the project. You will work in complex projects and be a trusted advisor to the Projects Mangers and key stakeholders.

The specific responsibilities that relate to this role include:

• Plan and define the delivery of a business analysis project.
• Be familiar (and preferably experienced with one or more) business consulting approaches/ techniques and be able to choose those that are suitable for a particular engagement.
• Be able to build and a team of more junior staff and task these to deliver appropriate elements of a larger project.
• Lead large workshops with senior staff to elicit the information required for the project and progress activities.
• Run large and complicated client engagements with a number of different stakeholder groups.
• Engage with difficult stakeholder groups in order to identify issues and resolutions.
• Coach and deliver training courses for more junior staff, and members of the client team.
• Applies the principles of project management such as planning, risk management and resource management to small and medium sized business change projects
