My Dublin based client is looking for an experienced BA to join the team on a contract basis.
-Experienced BA with track record in large multi-phase programmes
-Work under pressure, tight deadlines etc
-Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work alongside emerging business owners to shape, refine and prioritise ‘real’ business requirement (what is needed vs what is asked for)
-Able to lead workshops, capture collateral using an industry standard structured approach
-Work autonomously within business team and be comfortable progressing with an incomplete picture
-Assess and capture process and systems requirements experience; ideally both Waterfall and Agile
-Mange stakeholders across IT, Business, regulatory, compliance, large organisations & different cultures
-Experience in process analysis, mapping, journey from As-Is to To-Be, gap analysis etc
-Dealing with vendors, products, 3rd parties
-Financial services experience
-Ability to maintain and steer stakeholders towards a clear goal
-Clear communications and presentation skills
-Insurance – particularly Commercial Lines
-Implementation / integration of packaged solution or toolset
-Ability to lead Workstream as required, take on certain PM tasks, scheduling, monitoring, RAID management etc
-Experience working with external organisations & industry partners
-Experience in large business transformation / start-up
