Our Multinational Client is recruiting for a Senior Scrum Master to join their Dublin based team on a permanent basis. This Client offers a very attractive benefits package and a hybrid work model.

Scrum Master 

Our Multinational Client is currently recruiting for a Senior Scrum master to join their growing Dublin based team on a permanent basis. This Client offers a very attractive benefits package and a hybrid model of 2 days on site per week and 3 days from home.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a technical software development role with a further 4 years’ experience carrying out the scrum master role/responsibilities.
  • Ability to drive Scrum Methodology across all development teams.
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate with relevant parties regarding project status and release progress.
  • Experience working closely with development team to identify risks, dependencies, issues and develop improvements and solutions.
  • Experienced in using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence

Desirable Skills

  • Professional certification: PSM, CSM, SAFe

Educational Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree in Computer Science
