Job Description
My Dublin City Centre based client is looking a Scrum Master with 5+ years experience to begin immediately
Job Responsibilities

- Communicate project status and release progress to stakeholders, including identifying risks, dependencies, impediments and improvements
- Drive Scrum methodology across development teams
Experience Required
- Minimum of five years in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a regulated environment
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Experience in Software Development for at least 10 years while playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a software development team
- Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, FDD, etc
- Experience working with Distributed Scrum teams
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
- Work experience in an FDA/ISO-regulated environment preferred
Educational Requirements
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM )
- Requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related Engineering discipline
- Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II) preferred.
