Job Description
My Dublin City client is seeking a Scrum Master to be a leader and coach for up to 2 Agile Team's.
Job Responsibilities
My Dublin City client is seeking a Scrum Master to be a leader and coach for up to 2 Agile Team’s. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3+ years specific Scrum Master experience and experience working on software development projects. You will support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the product backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key reference in the project following Agile Framework
- Support and coach Product Owners
- Ensure proper use and application of Agile methodology and coach the project teams
- Set up and conduct Scrum (Daily stand-up, Sprint etc.)
Experience and Desirable Skills
- Minimum 3+ years Scrum Master experience
- Scrum Master with prior experience in Software Development.
- Experience working with Developers and testers on estimation.
- Act as the key reference in the project following Agile Framework.
- Support and coach Product Owners.
- Ensure proper use and application of Agile methodology and coach the project teams.
- Set up and conduct Scrum (Daily stand-up, Sprints, ceremonies, etc.
Educational Requirements
- 3rd Level Degree in Information Technology or IT related.
Working Hours & Benefits
- 6 month daily rate contract.

Very efficient job hunting process. I sent an application in the morning, I was contacted in the afternoon, I got an interview scheduled for the day after and got an offer on the same day! Nicola Byrne from Eolas Recruitment is an exceptional recruitment consultant. She was always available to answer questions via email or phone and always willing to offer advice where needed. An interview was initially set up for a role in Dublin, but due to personal reasons, I was unable to attend. Jonathan rearranged the interview with the minimum of fuss.
