SAP Business Analyst – P2P

You will be the first SME on the P2P process and will be playing a key part in helping to set up the phases of the Global Business Services and my clients first SAP Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Be the SAP Accounts payable P2P subject matter expert on the team and be a champion of best practice processes being implemented.
• Develop professional relationships with stakeholder
• Work with my client and the Programme Team to gain detailed knowledge of the standard P2P processes and relevant SAP functionality
• Take a lead role in all test cycles, Unit Testing, Integration Testing & UAT: Test scope definition, test scripts authoring, test execution and defect management
• Support the development of P2P training material

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years in a similar role ideally in a Global Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of the financial management and business accounting
• Experience in reviewing existing business processes and comfortable to work with an IT team to turn business requirements into system specifications
• Experience in testing and training complex ERP solutions
• Knowledge of the role of systems within business operations
• Strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal and team buildings skills and excellent written skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• PC literate, experience of Microsoft Office especially MS Word and PowerPoint;
• A knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
