Establish recurring reporting requirements at all management and organisational levels and develop appropriate scheduled reports and static/live organisational dashboards to meet these requirements.

Salesforce Data and Reporting Officer

 

Responsibilities

 

-Establish recurring reporting requirements at all management and organisational levels and develop appropriate scheduled reports and static/live organisational dashboards to meet these requirements.

-In addition to the above, other duties may occasionally be assigned by the Manager consistent with the nature of the role and its level of responsibility.

-Educate end users to develop appropriate self-service business reports.

-Work with end users in Country Offices and Head Office to ensure data is entered in Salesforce in a timely manner and to the required quality as business process and system work flows are executed.

-Providing appropriate reporting to Senior Management and Country Management Teams to drive compliance by identifying gaps in data entry/data quality.

-Provide further business support through developing ad-hoc business reports in a timely manner to answer business questions and aid management decision making.

-Proactively identify opportunities for improvement

 

Experience

 

-Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform in a data analyst role

 

Qualification

 

-Third level qualification in computing, business analytics or equivalent

 

Skills

 

-Excellent writing skills (English grammar & spelling, written presentation) with an attention to detail

-Advanced and demonstrable ability in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation

-Experienced with and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel and Visio

-Strong aptitude for data analysis ideally with a recognised certification
