My Dublin City Centre based is recruiting for a Saleforce Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis on a hybrid model.

My Dublin City Centre based is recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis on a hybrid model. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for providing first line support to the Sales and Customer Service teams. The candidate will be expected to monitor and assess queries raised by users, collect or compile additional information where needed and resolve or escalate issues accordingly. You will also be responsible for educating and instilling best practices among users and play a vital role in delivering reports and dashboards essential for evaluating sales effectiveness. The role will involve working collaboratively with the internal stakeholders and Salesforce teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will monitor, assess & prioritises queries raised by users on a daily basis.
  • You will resolve or escalate issues when needed & requests to the Salesforce teams
  • You will collect the business information & seek agreement from stakeholders where required
  • You will process light changes on Salesforce for business requirements
  • You will designs & maintains reports & dashboards for evaluating sales effectiveness
  • You will coordinate & implements Salesforce related communication to the various users
  • You will update training material & manages relevant training channels
  • You will monitor the adoption/usage of Salesforce across the organisation
  • You will educate & use best practices to secure data integrity
  • Identify new opportunities for the development of new & enhanced CRM capabilities
  • You will collaborate effectively with users & multiple Salesforce development & administration teams

Experience Required

  • Experience in an operations role supporting Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Strong research, reporting, presentation & analytical skills
  • Experience rolling out & delivering system changes to a business
  • Ability to focus on immediate changes with a strategic view on a longer-term strategy

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Previous Salesforce Experience

Educational Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator Certified Desirable
