My Dublin City Centre based is recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis on a hybrid model. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for providing first line support to the Sales and Customer Service teams. The candidate will be expected to monitor and assess queries raised by users, collect or compile additional information where needed and resolve or escalate issues accordingly. You will also be responsible for educating and instilling best practices among users and play a vital role in delivering reports and dashboards essential for evaluating sales effectiveness. The role will involve working collaboratively with the internal stakeholders and Salesforce teams.
