The Sales Manager will spearhead our sales initiatives, focusing on generating new business, achieving sales targets, and fostering durable customer relationships. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s revenue growth and ensuring the sales team reaches its full potential through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve growth and sales targets. This includes generating new business opportunities and following up on operational leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and partner with them to provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging market opportunities and monitor market shifts. Stay informed about new products and competitive developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports. Offer realistic forecasts to the management team, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Maximize the sales team’s potential. Mentor and develop team members, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in sales within the Transport/Logistics sector, either as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in the Transport/Logistics industry.

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • (Nice to have) Prior experience in Transport/Logistics.

Educational Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • This is a full-time, onsite position.
