Sales Director EMEA

Job Responsibilities

• Provide business and sales support for targeted and strategic deals
• Support your wide variety of customers with a high level of consulting sales.
• Capable of stimulating customer collaboration, while driving communication at C-level.
• Strong business development and engagement of key sales channels and selected partners
• The formulation of critical value propositions based on high level lead generation
• Drive forward the knowledge  of key account management across multiple regions
• Accurately forecasting sales and developing sales plans that can be adapted to ever changing environment and market
• Formulation of the sales targets and strategies to maximize your team efficiency
• Stay innovative and be capable of change

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in Business , Administration, Science, Engineering or related field
• 10-15+ years experience of high level sales within the IT, ICT or related industry
• Substantial career experience with OSS, BSS or Networking solutions
• Strong relationship building ability
• Manage the Network, IT and Commercial sales teams to target the right customer accounts across the EMEA region
• Experience selling across the EMEA region a major advantage
• Track record of successful  and substantial negotiations
• Strong interpersonal skills with great ability to communicate
