RPA Analyst

Role Requirements:

Strengthen the Business Service Design offerings to clients and increase value delivered by providing strong analytical insight
Drive the development of Process Analytics, Process Improvement and Process Automation capabilities of our clients through training, research and data-driven client delivery
Work as part of client engagement teams to foster a data-driven and innovative team-oriented work environment.
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in operational data modelling.

Essential and Desirable Skills

2+ years within an Analyst role working on process Automation / RPA type projects
Deep understanding of modelling and strong analytical capabilities
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
A strong academic record including a third level degree, (preferably business or IT related)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt an advantage
Experience in Business Process Management tools, e.g. Aris, Blueworks, Minitab
Knowledge of one or more of the following – Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath

Educational Requirements

Degree in an IT Related discipline.
