Job Description

My Dublin city centre based client is currently looking for a React Developer who has an interest in building big data solutions (Spark / Hadoop).

The client offers and excellent career and work life balance. They are also based in the heart of Dublin City.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial software development
  • Commercial experience of React or Redux and some Java or Ruby
  • Experience in both front-end and back-end development
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle.
  • Production level experience with big data technologies (Spark/ Hadoop)
  • Experience with Agile processes and SCRUM in particular
  • Degree in computer science
  • Production level experience with Amazon AWS services.
  • Experience in dealing with large volumes of data
