QA Test Manager – SAP

Candidate requirements:

• 3^rd level Degree in Information Systems, Computer science, or another similar field
• ISTQB foundation
• 7+ years SAP QA Management experience
• Proven SAP S/4 Hana experience
• Exceptional client facing skills, as a specialist in their field of Test Management (SAP) has capability of influencing client decision making
• Knowledge of introducing new strategies and concepts that substantially enhance or revise the way business is done through implementation
• Experience delivering quality assurance in Agile and DevOps environments
• Experience utilising SAP Automation tools.
• Ability to deliver test automation as well as manual testing
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, JIRA and other similar tools

Candidate responsibilities:

• Reporting on end-to-end QA activities
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet the expectations of the stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver strategic and transformative projects
• Work closely with stakeholders
• Conduct performance reviews and engage with the managing teams and staff of all levels.
• Mentor and provide supervision to other staff and team members
• Work closely with other Technology function managers to devise and implement the overall department strategy
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and distributing information
