QA Test Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Test Strategy Development: Define and implement the overall test strategy aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments, for individual projects within the programme.
• Resource Management: Lead and manage a team of test analysts and engineers
• Test Execution: Oversee test execution activities, including functional, regression and performance, ensuring adherence to test plans and quality standards.
• Defect Management: Implement defect tracking and management processes, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Test Automation: Evaluate, implement, and manage test automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular status updates and test metrics to project stakeholders and senior management, highlighting any critical issues and risks.

Experience Required

• Experience working in Financial Services Industry
• Manual and Automation Testing background
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
