QA Test Automation Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation test cases
• Generate, run, and enhance test cases
• Debug test cases and fix errors
• Effectively execute regression testing
• Conduct reviews and analysis as well as providing feedback to management and scrum team
• Work closely with product owners and business analysts to clarify requirements for the team
• Participate in daily scrum meetings as well as other agile ceremonies like sprint demo and planning
• Be a team player in assisting other areas of the business
• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast faced, pressurised environment

Skills required:

• At least 3+ years automation experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Programming skills in either Python or C++ Languages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
• Proficient In the use of tools such as Jira and GIT
• Experience with Windows servers as a Test Automation Engineer
• Strong database experience (SQL)
• Self-motivated with good time management to achieve regular goals
• 2+ years of working in a scrum or agile environment
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, PowerShell
• Experience with Robot Framework or similar test framework

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related IT field
