QA Team Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Enterprise Enablement teams to develop and deliver the testing related deliverables such as approach, planning, estimate, RACI and reporting etc.
• Coordinate and manage the QA team to ensure the testing deliverables and milestones are met throughout the multi project and programme delivery lifecycles
• Provide data driven analytical reporting
• Ensure the test management is carried out for the BAU activities
• Ensure the team are following best practices and work closely with the test manager to ensure test approaches are in line with the overall test strategy
• Proactive engagement with the internal business functions and external vendors
• Track the competence requirements of the QA team

Experience Required

• 3+ years’ team lead experience in a similar role
• Previous experience within a QA position
• Experience utilising test management tools such as JIRA

Essential and Desirable Skills

• The ideal candidate will be solution driven, with the ability to collaboratively working with the enablement teams to identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all level, plus good presentation skills

Educational Requirements

• Relevant Third Level degree or similar qualification
