Job Description

My client a leading retail/ supply chain company is recruiting Project Manager (PMO Office) to work with the business in supporting the PMO Office.

You will be involved in a number of projects that involve areas like Purchasing / Retail Branding / Supply Chain related projects within the Retail sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of PMO in the development, delivery, and tracking of business plans and projects.
  • Work with the heads of business and stakeholders to develop business plans and projects and track the execution of plans and projects against the business targets set.
  • Support the execution of key business initiatives through coordination and stakeholder engagement

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ Project Management experience ideally within and supporting a PMO function responsible for delivering key business initiatives and involved in implementing business change. Must have some solid PM experience.
  • Direct experience in working in a PMO fast moving paced environment with a strong knowledge of project management skills and tools to support the planning and delivery of projects and change management programmes.
  • Proven track record of working with cross functional stakeholders in project teams and to agreed timelines.
  • Project management certified or recognised in house methodology.
  • Strong competence in Microsoft office suite; specifically PowerPoint and excel

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Six Sigma/ Lean process improvement experience is a nice to have.
