Project Manager IT

Job Responsibilities

• Communication with key IT stakeholder’s both internally and externally
• Assess and manage the business change requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to ensure project’s are delivered on time and adhere to expectations
• Ability to work comfortably in both waterfall and agile environments
• Define and recognise the KPI’s of projects
• Have continuous involvement with key team members to manage project expectation across the entire life cycle
• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and team events

Experience Required

• 3-5+ years minimum of experience in a similar IT project management position
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively across different levels of IT expertise
• Experience guiding projects of varying size from concept through to delivery
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across the professional environment of the country

Desirable Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT Project Management but also a strong interest in business development and agile practices.
• Scrum Master or hands-on agile experience
• PPMO experience

Educational Requirements

• A degree from a third level recognised academic institute
• Project management qualification (PMP, Prince 2, etc.)
• Agile qualification
