Job Description

My Dublin based client is looking for an experienced project manager with a software systems background

Job Responsibilities

…

  • Take Ownership of project data, including time tracking, documentation and code that is submitted to the customer for testing.
  • Communicate with customers, Business analysts, and the development team to ensure project delivery is on time
  • Manage daily meetings and calls
  • Set objectives for the team and assist members to meet there objections
  • Offer support and guidance to the development team
  • Organise and hold 1 on 1 meetings with team members to ensure support and delivery remains on a steady track
  • Engage in improvement programs with development team and offer insights to improve efficiency
  • Step in as CTO when CTO is away
  • Lead all phases of the development lifecycle

Experience Required

…

  • 3+ years working as a Project Manager or Technical Lead in a software development business
  • PM Certification with a Scrum, Agile preference
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Essential and Desirable Skills

…

  • Previous software development experience an advantage
  • CRM knowledge is a distinct advantage

Educational Requirements

…

  • 3+ years working as a Project Manager or Technical Lead in a software development business
  • PM Certification or Relevant Degree
