Job Description

My top Dublin based client is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator / Planner to work within a busy team and provide support to the Provider services Team.

Contracts Officer

Responsible for providing office based administrative support to the Provider Services Team and to support on a variety of tasks related to manager`s working life and communication

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading, monitoring and responding to the Providers Services in-house email system,
  • Ownership for Provider data, ensuring data accuracy which provides the basis for sound Business decisions.
  • Liaising with department staff and managers
  • Managing and reviewing both electronic and paper filing,
  • Typing documents,
  • Managing ad hoc projects,
  • Support Team activities when required.
  • Manage support requests from the Business, producing reports and information to assist in the Tender process and sales initiatives.
  • Working across departments to resolve provider related service issues, owning and managing issues to closure.

Experience Required

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible and efficient. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Logical thinking mind set and ability to problem solve.
  • Results driven and strategic thinker.
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Behavioral Competencies

  • 1/2 years` experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to use a range of standard (Microsoft Office Suit) and non-standard IT applications to support and enhance the work;
  • Oral & written fluency in English – French language a distinctive advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and follow up.
