Job Description

My Dublin north side based client (Close to Dublin Airport) is currently looking for a Project Administrator working within a PMO function to join the current team for a 6 month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator to come on board and be an integral part of the PMO function

Your main responsibility will be to help support the Change Manager with administration activities. You will also work with the overall PM Teams and help them with Change Management processes & procedures and any ad hoc administration tasks.

Required Work Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in a Project Support and project administration duties as an Office Admin or PMO Co-Ordinator.
  • Administration Qualification (desirable)
  • Working in a Multinational/Multicultural environment with large Programme Teams
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
