Job Description
My client is looking for a Senior Programme Manager who has a career history of project delivery of projects in excess of 5 million budget and working with Senior Stakeholders/ COO/ CEO level.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and executing delivery of Enterprise scale programmes through the full life cycle
- Complex Programme/Project Governance, minimising our exposure and risk on programmes/ projects
- Fostering key stakeholder relationships and day-to-day client interactions, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
- Facilitating team and client meetings effectively
- Leading and contributing to the development of client proposals
- Effectively applying project methodology and enforcing programme/ project standards
- Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance projects
- Leading and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients
Requirements:
- At least 9 years’ experience as an agile programme/project manager leading FS programmes/projects in a client environment
- Strong experience managing delivery of financial service related projects
- Someone who is adaptable and passionate about innovation
- Proven and demonstrable experience of successfully delivering programmes/projects
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Professional project management certification
- Experience working in a client facing role, ideally from a consulting / systems integration background
