Overview:

My client is a top multinational company in Dublin and they are currently looking for an experienced PM to join their team. The successful candidate should have background in the Banking/Financial Services ndustry, have extensive experience in dealing with very senior stakeholders, and experience successfully delivering multi-million projects. At the same time, for this role the candidate’s attitude is everything and candidates with a right potential will also be considered. The successful candidate will be driven, energetic, persistent, assertive, have excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills.

Requirements:

• Detailed orientated and strong program/project planning experience
• Strong Tech PM track record (key business systems of record e.g. core payments or transaction processing)
• Experience in developing/supporting Test strategy development role for programs/projects with appropriate success criteria (business and technology)
• Senior stakeholder Management – Reporting to senior business & technology stakeholders. Experience dealing with Directors, CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO
• Managing releases for multi-phase projects and multi-locations plan
• Strong Release Management – Governance experience – Reporting/Status and issue escalation. Stakeholder management & escalation
• Strong Agile, Agile Hybrid, SDLC and behaviour driven test experience
• Excellent communication skills – personable and good energy
