My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Program Manager to join the team. This is a brand new role within the business. This is a perm role working on a hybrid model. The Program Manager will be in charge of overseeing the program with developments and ensuring efficiency and positive relationship with business partners and stakeholders. The Program Manager will work within a dynamic environment involving team members worldwide. The Program Manager will be able to manage overall scope towards renewed engagement which cover hardware & software services.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be the interface between partners & internal stakeholders for success of the program
- You will manage & support our partners to ensure the successful onboarding to the program so the program benefits can be utilized to its full potential
- You will manage & support partners to ensure the successful integration of their profile
- You will drive program governance & accuracy & actuality of the information flow
- You will ensure successful positioning, availability & promotion of solutions for the select partner categories
- You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective & efficient implementation of program relevant initiatives such as discounts, promos, marketing funds, certifications
- You will advocate & oversee the efforts to develop the program on par with industry developments including the mediums of communication, Voice of Partner and product Co-creation initiatives to keep the program relevant, inspiring for winning partnerships.

- You will focus on customer satisfaction metrics and ensure the retention of customers
- You will define & deploy the framework with marketing, operations, finance & sales for the partnership ecosystem
- You will lead the Product, Price, Place, Promotion strategy, planning & execution process for Partner Program, through collaboration with the strategy, sales, marketing, finance, services & other functional teams
- You will determine the appropriate vehicles (training, tools, portals, resources) to deliver the desired outcomes
- You will manage & maintain pricing & configuration tools; program forecasting process
- You will be accountable for localizing program governance & compliance
- You will manage program reporting & analytics, manage & distribute KPIs, establish regular reporting & measurement cadence to desired outcomes
- You will engage at management level with channel partners in collaboration with the sales team, including the Joint Business Planning process
- You will manage all business elements of the program & work with organizational partners to ensure partner satisfaction & deliver business results
- Team with sales and delivery operations organizations to ensure positive partner engagement and program effectiveness
- You will develop strategies & programs to drive cloud & services growth through partners
- You will develop support materials for internal customers & consumers of the programs & facilitate, when needed, cross-functional education on processes
- Use Salesforce to track Partner Progress and support with right metrics that elevate the value of the program
- Establish deal registration, lead referral, POS process framework and playbooks and drive for execution of these with support of functions
- Ensure the integrity of data of the participating partners
- Cooperate with marketing for creating partner focused tools and assets
- Create strategy and learning paths for integrated solutions (vs products) enablement and be a change agent
- Develop plan of record for enablement
- Use Salesforce to track Partner Progress and support with right metrics that elevate the value of the program

Essential and Desirable Skills
- A min of 3-6 years of in-depth experience with channel partners & indirect go-to-market business practices; project management, program management, program analysis, & program creation in high technology channel marketing or channel programs
- Knowledge of product dependencies and interrelationships (at the product and component level); good understanding of Physical Access Control industry
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or relevant field
