Job Description
My South Dublin based client is recruiting for a Product Owner to join the existing team. This is a permanent role.
My client is recruiting for a Product Manager to join the team to drive the product development roadmap and build user experience on a mobile and web product.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
- Translate business/product requirements into user stories
- Provide clear direction to the development team regarding product requirements and prioritization of enhancements
- Work closely with the Project Manager to prioritise the Jira backlog and re-adjust stories as required
- Facilitate the success of the scrum team during each sprint i.e. clarify requirements, reprioritise work, review development releases and prioritise changes
- Collaborate with UX/UI partners to develop prototypes to deliver the high-level vision of the features
- Ensure all mobile app and web designs are designed to the appropriate standards in terms of UX / Usability / Accessibility
- Communicate and collaborate across departments as the product is released to market
- Support the definition of a future product roadmap in conjunction with business requirements
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3+ years working as a product owner/business analyst or in an equivalent capacity, ideally in the financial services area
- Experience working with native mobile apps and/or mobile SDKs and API products.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools

- Proven experience of the technical, commercial and consumer challenges in delivering high quality applications to market
Educational Requirements
- University degree or diploma in related field or equivalent professional training or experience
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
