Product Manager ( Technical Sales)

My Dublin based client is looking for a Product Manager coming from a Technical Sales and Marketing background to join the team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver product development against the Product Roadmap.
• Work with the key region stakeholders to understand market needs and ensure these are captured as part of the market requirement document. These include product features, local regulatory requirements and market needs required for a successful launch.
• As part of the product development process, work closely with the Marketing team to deliver product packaging, instruction leaflets and support with launch material.
• Work with the sales team to understand market needs to build a central repository of requirements for future products.
• In line with the strategy, support the development of new business models for revenue generation.
• Working closely with key customers to deliver projects and specifications on time and to budget.
• In line with the Global strategy, support the development of new business models for revenue generation.
• Support the launch, sales lifecycle management and profitable development of product and solutions space across Ireland and UK.
• Work with the team to deliver product generation plans.
• Work with other members of the sales team to achieve Market share and surpass team and company targets.

Experience Required

Manage new and ongoing product developments and launch products on time and within budget.

Support requirements from a product management perspective.

Work closely with the MD to deliver product generation plans covering up to the next 5 years.

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Product Management experience working across consumer electronic categories
• Clear evidence of achieving targets and delivering growth
• Experience of working in consumer facing branded businesses either in FMCG or Consumer Durables
• Understanding of Budgets & P&L
