My Dublin-based client is a specialist in the Healthcare industry and they now have a newly-created position for a Product Manager to oversee the development of innovative products and services.

My Dublin-based client is a specialist in the Healthcare industry. They are currently working on multiple digital transformation projects aimed at developing cutting edge IT applications to enhance their business and customer services. They have now created a brand-new position on the team for a Product Manager to oversee development and delivery of innovative healthcare products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and translate it into a detailed roadmap and a strategic go-to-market plan.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including: development, testing, roll-out, and ongoing evaluation of upgrades and new features.
  • Utilise evidence-based customer insights to understand user needs, market trends, & product challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with technical & non-technical teams across different locations.
  • Act as a leader and take responsibility for the successful planning and execution of the product.

Experience Required

  • 3-5 years’ experience acting as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering products and/or services throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of software development, system integration, and related technical concepts and processes.
  • Must have a customer-centric approach with evidence-based decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment, with an ability to accommodate new information and prioritise workload accordingly.
  • Experience working with Healthcare products and/or within the Healthcare industry would be desirable but not essential.

  • Leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Solid research, data analytics, and business analysis skills

Educational Requirements

  • Third level degree in a relevant field would be desirable (e.g. Computer Science, Business Analysis, Project Management)
