Product Manager

My Dublin City Centre client has a brand-new opportunity for a Product Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. This role will be 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.

You will be managing the delivery of enterprise level software products with a focus on data analytics. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, both locally and internationally. Perfect for someone with 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager who has a proven track record of successfully delivering technical products to market.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise level software products that are focused on data analytics solutions
• Define the product vision and translate it to a detailed roadmap and Go-to-Market plan.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including: requirements gathering, development, roll-out, and ongoing releases and upgrades.
• Create release plans and requirement documentation to help prioritize deliverables.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the business, including: Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, etc.
• Ensure successful communication between stakeholders across: requirement gathering, business case definition, product functionality, and roll-out strategies.

Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, particularly focused on enterprise level software products
• Strong B2B software product delivery, both direct and via channels
• Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and concepts
• Experience with mobile and web technologies is highly desirable
• Global exposure would be a bonus

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Strong product management and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid knowledge of databases and data analytics skills
• Comfortable at negotiating and making key business decisions
