My client is currently recruiting for a Process Automation Specialist (Graduate) to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be on a hybrid model.

My client is currently recruiting for a Process Automation Specialist (Graduate) to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be on a hybrid model. The Process Automation Specialist (Graduate) will be responsible for documenting and improving the efficiency of business processes and will be working with the Process Automation team on the configuration of the workflow system to deliver continuous business process improvements. You will also support the Production Level 3 issues and will change requests and support training and education in relation to the workflow solution. The candidate will also support in relation to product enhancement requests to improve the functionality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development of workflow system to meet the needs of the business.
  • Documentation of requirements to support the system configuration needed to support the business processes
  • You will support Service Delivery Team with any handed-off L3 production issues and Change requests.
  • You will work with the wider process automation team to identify and implement new opportunities for the workflow system and RPA.
  • Continually work with the wider user forum to ensure they are using the system in the most efficient way & all the functionality available
  • Liaise with Transformation & Service Delivery team to support & resolve L3 Issues
  • Support engagement with Vendor as required on these issues to resolve.
  • Adhering to IT processes and guidelines
  • Writing & maintaining system documentation
  • Contributing to the creation of a culture of risk awareness and the highest standards of corporate
  • You assess operational risks associated with day-day activities and implement risk mitigation controls as
  • You will ensure operational risk events are reported on a timely basis and risk event actions assigned are completed within agreed timelines.

Experience Required

  • Knowledge in relation to undertaking business/system analysis, testing and/or development
  • Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma, Business Process Improvement or similar would be a nice to have.

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge in relation to undertaking business/system analysis, testing and/or development
  • Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma, Business Process Improvement or similar an advantage

Educational Requirements

  • Relevant third level qualification in IT, Business, or equivalent.
