Job Description

My Dublin based client is looking for a PMO Support to work with the Business Lead & Project Manager in various PMO activities. Contract role based in Dublin City.

Job Responsibilities:

Project support to the Business Lead and Project Manager to complete different PMO activities.

  • Finance Reporting & Estimates
  • Weekly Status Reports
  • Timesheet approvals
  • RAID Management & Reporting
  • On-boarding & Off-boarding of various team
  • The purpose of this role is to deliver and support quality outputs from the migration team.
  • Documentation Management
  • Communicate Objectives
  • Communicate Deliverables

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Status Reports
  • Financial Management of non-resource costs
  • Financial Management of 3rd party supplier costs
  • Admin support for Business Lead & Project Manager
  • Risk and Milestone Management

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Project
  • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Educational Requirements:

  • 3rd level degree in Computer Science or other IT related degree

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
