Project Management Qualification desirable

• 5+ years PMO experience, within financial services desirable
• Financial analysis covering month end performance review of forecast and Budget variances
• Effective project/portfolio reporting, working closely with Senior Managers & Project Managers to ensure project status reporting reflects delivery status
• Risk / Issue / Assumptions management and analysis
• Microsoft Project Plan / Milestone analysis and reporting
• Dependency Management – inter / cross Programme
• Resource Allocation Analysis
• Support project manager obtaining required resources in line with the resourcing process
• Quality assurance of project management controls ensuring adherence to standards and defined processes
• Assurance of inputs to Governance Forums
• Review and challenge of project deliverables / artifacts to ensure programme is successfully delivering its objectives.
• Highly organised, enthused and the ability to analyse large volumes of data
• Strong communication, team working and stakeholder management skills
