Job Description

Dublin City Centre Financial Services client requires a PMO Support Administrator for a 6 month contract with Strong MS Office experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development/enhancement of existing Project Management and PMCA deliverables.
  • Works as part of a team to address gaps in PMO practices and implementing approved solutions.
  • Deliver orientation in Project Management and PMCA processes and practices to PMO Project Managers.
  • Audit project deliverables ensuring compliance with the Project Management Methodology.
  • Provide audit results to PMO Leaders/Managers and others as appropriate for input to required I.S. executive reporting.
  • Conduct trend analysis on complex programs/portfolios, recommending solutions to problems/issues, where appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate, timely and consistent reporting on projects/portfolios to various I.S. leaders across the enterprise.
  • Work with/for I.S. executives to gather and create required reporting for I.S./business needs.
  • Track budget expenditures on complex multi-million dollar projects, reporting to required I.S. leaders.
  • Track program/portfolio results to ensure governance requirements at met, reporting to the Project Management Office/Program Manager across the enterprise.
  • Assemble required compliance information for the enterprise balanced scorecard metrics, and provides to appropriate leaders.
  • Ensure project documentation is archived in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years+ working in an administration role.

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent time management, coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience communicating at all levels within an organisation.
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Strong MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience working in a project team or project management office.
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Visio and MS Project an advantage.

Educational Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in related field or equivalent professional training and experience.
  • A recognised project management qualification desirable.
