Job Description

A brand-new role opened with a great client based in Dublin City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced PMO Coordinator to join their team on permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Services Manager with PMO Developments
  • Ensure the PMO runs efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee company’s projects to make sure they are on track
  • Communicate and liaise with a range of stakeholders to ensure smooth running of all the projects and assist various business heads with any queries
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and according to the data protection regulation

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience managing and liaising with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced excel and a good working knowledge of MS project
  • Excellent PM, organisational, and report writing skills

Advantageous:

  • Direct experience in management projects, from pre- project approval to closure
  • Achieved or be working towards a project management qualification (for example PMP®, or Prince2)
