About the role

• Administration of central repository
•  Providing support to Project Managers and the Project Teams.
• Document Management – maintaining project files
• Reporting – Producing and publishing consolidated reports for Project Team according to the agreed Communication Plan.
• Providing support on project tools
• Attendance at Project Meetings
• Management and maintenance of Project Logs (e.g. Issues/Actions/Risks) as required by the Project Manager
• Maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence for project mailbox
• Project Team Meeting organization and minutes
• Providing assistance with agreed processes and procedures (such as Change Control) and monitoring compliance
• Management and maintenance of Change logs.
• Customer meeting organization and minutes
• Track resources requests / some resource scheduling

Experience Project Coordinator 

• Experience of supporting projects or Project Management Offices preferred
• Excellent Organisational & Administrative skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Adaptable & Flexible
• Must be able to work on own initiative, and be helpful
• Customer awareness
• Can demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
• Third level qualification desirable
