A leading company in the technology sector, renowned for its innovative approach and dynamic environment, seeks a PMO Analyst to join its team for an exciting project which is beginning.
The PMO Analyst is responsible for the efficient handling of project and programme management documents and tools, ensuring that real-time, accurate information is available for decision-making across various change initiatives.
The candidate will need to be based in Dublin as they will be closely collaborating with Programme Director based in Dublin
- Support project and portfolio managers in refining and enhancing reporting processes and documents to align projects with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure the precision, relevance, and timeliness of all programme-related communications, including the reporting of project interdependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate a comprehensive programme reporting and analysis framework that oversees the portfolio and assists key stakeholders in informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective implementation of organizational changes.

- Experience with process and document management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and reporting automation tools.
