Job Description

We are actively seeking a Payroll Specialist for our client based in Co. Kildare. This permanent position offers the flexibility of hybrid work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete management of the payroll process from beginning to end, including general ledger entries.
  • Ensuring timely and precise processing of group payrolls on varying schedules across multiple entities.
  • Collaborating across functions to address payroll issues and conducting necessary reconciliations for data accuracy.
  • Handling payroll inquiries and managing all payroll components such as pensions, benefits, and deductions.
  • Strictly adhering to deadlines for tax and pension submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining a professional company image.
  • Delivering precise payroll solutions and coordinating with auditors to meet all audit and control requirements.
  • Preparing budget reports and managing financial disclosures in statements.
  • Driving process improvements and supporting project-related activities.
  • Performing additional duties as required by the company.

Educational Requirements

  • IPASS or similar qualification is an advantage.
