12 Month Daily Rate Contract for an Organisational Change Manager for a top Financial Services Company in Dublin 1

The Role:

My client has an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Change Manager with expert experience in this Field.

They are seeking someone with 5-10 years demonstrable Organisational Change experience.

The person needs to have extensive experience as an organisational change expert who is familiar with working within the Information / Technology Services area and working across diverse and regionally different business communities.

You are able to provide examples of your ability to put strategies and plans into organisational change actions that are relevant and timely across the business groups.

You will also have exceptional stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills and have an ability to easily build rapport and assess what  is important  to people and how to manage impacts to their work.

Overview of the Role:

The successful person will play a key role in supporting the Cyber Security projects, to meet business, schedule and budget objectives as part of the European Cyber Security programme.

The person will be a member of the European Cyber Security programme team, working with the Programme Director and other members of the team, to ensure a smooth implementation of changes, impacting people, required to support enhanced Cyber Security within the organisation.

This person will concentrate on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The focus will be to help the lines of business to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans.

This person will have to work though many others in the organisation to succeed. The Change Specialist will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. They will provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

 Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding / experience in organisational change in engagement IT and business functions and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management process and methodology experience
  • Strong experience in identifying business impacts and organisational risks to people, process and technology.
  • Excellent collaborator and engager and ability to accommodate the different stakeholder groups / interests across an organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to operate in a decisive and inclusive manner.
