Job Description

A large Financial firm in IFSC Dublin City Centre is looking for an Oracle Developer on a 12 month contract.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in an IT discipline.
  • Extensive experience using PL/SQL and strong relational database skills.
  • Some knowledge Korn Shell scripting
  • Any experience using front end web development skills would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of integration with CRM an advantage.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of hands on experience developing
  • Solid database experience.
  • Environment
  • Oracle 11 g
  • Unix – Solaris
  • SQL/PLSQL, Korn Shell

 

  • Ability to react quickly to new demands in a dynamic business environment.
  • A knowledge of finance systems is favourable
  • As this role interacts with business analysts, business and project team members, an interest in the business focus of the project, and a sense of service are essential.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of versioning tools, including implementing and migrating code there, as source code management is a requirement for this application
