Job Description

My client is a Dublin based, global firm looking for a professional Operations Centre manager for one of their largest clients. The individual would have the proven ability to coordinate a team.

Experienced Required: 

  • Looking for someone with a career background in Shared Services or Operations Centre
  • Manage a team in a contact Centre
  • Expertise with ITL and SLA
  • Manage processes and help develop processes

Job Responsibilities:

  • The ability to understand and to relate effectively to the business, technical and organizational context in which the team is operating
  • Ability to facilitate team learning and continuous improvement in operating Scrum and in implementing and improving relevant practices

Essential and Desirable Experience:

  •  Excellent ITL skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal


  • 3rd level
  • ITIL certifications
