Job Description

Office Administrator Required to work in a dynamic Recruitment office in Roscommon Town. 

Eolas Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity available for someone to work as an Office Administrator in their office in Roscommon Town.

Working alongside a Senior Recruitment Specialist you will assist with their daily administration tasks and responsibilities. You need to be an energetic and highly motivated individual, who can engage and communicate effectively with others.

Key Qualification & Duties:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years relevant Office Administration experience in a professional working environment.
  • You must be used to working in a busy work environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Have at least 2-3 years proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Be proficient using Social Media sites.
  • You are required to have excellent communication skills including an excellent professional telephone manner.
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks and be used to working on your own initiative.
  • Be Self Motivated
  • Have the ability to engage with team members and provide support/ flexibility.
  • Qualification in IT / Business preferable but not essential.
