Job Description

My Dublin north side based client (Close to Dublin Airport) is currently looking for an Office Administrator working within a PMO function to join the current team for a 6 month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to come on board and be an integral part of the PMO function

Required Work Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in an administration roles or duties as an Office Admin or PMO Co-Ordinator.
  • Administration Qualification (desirable)
  • Working in a Multinational/Multicultural environment with large Programme Teams
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
