Our Dublin based client is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support within their organisation. This is a 12 month FTC contract.

Our Dublin based client is looking for a skilled Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support within their organisation. This is a 12 month FTC contract and the client operates a hybrid model.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive and team calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and functional.
  • Handle requests for computer hardware and software.
  • Organise and prepare meeting rooms, including catering arrangements.
  • Oversee the ordering of office supplies and distribution of mail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for senior staff.
  • Assist in organising team activities, events, and induction days.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as handling expenses, invoices, and meeting minutes.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple senior managers’ schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Professional demeanour in both face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident, personable, and proactive with a flexible approach.
  • Event management or marketing experience is a plus.
