MySQL DBA

The successful candidate will be working in an agile environment on relevant projects.

As part of the role you will:

• Manage the company’s data (data administration, security, process optimisation)
• Work with the company’s IT department regarding any database queries
• Work with other teams within the organisation to ensure the company’s data is managed properly and that long-term plans can be achieved, and processes optimised
• Analyse data stored and prepare relevant reports for key stakeholders
• Adhere to company’s and industry’s rules and regulations regarding data storage and data management

Requirements:

• A 3rd level degree in an IT-related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience working with MySQL administration
• Strong knowledge and experience working with Office 365
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting-writing skills
• Experience using data analytics tools advantageous
• Ability to work in a team-environment
• Experience working in an agile environment advantageous
• Driven, proactive and self-motivated individual
• Ability to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders
