MS Navision Support Specialist (NAV)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and define company’s requirements for new applications and business processes
• Manage the development of applications and new business processes from requirement gathering to implementation and review
• Manage documentation throughout all the stages of the project
• Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in application support
• Experience supporting an ERP system, ideally Ms Navision
• Experience managing the development of application and processes from the design through to implementation
• Experience performing business analysis beneficial
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage key internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work as part of the team and on own initiative
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Project management experience beneficial
