Our city centre-based client is seeking a Dynamics Platform Specialist, the successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Dynamics. This client operates a hybrid and has an excellent benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Function as an authority in Dynamics, fostering alignment with CX consulting teams and the broader Power Platform and Dynamics engineering units.
- Offer in-depth technical expertise and support in Solution Development, with a particular emphasis on shaping go-to-market propositions, covering all dimensions of the Power Platform.
- Act as a liaison between consulting and technical teams, facilitating collaboration to create potent and personalized client solutions.
- Utilize your proficiency in the MS Dynamics Platform, with a specific concentration on enhancing Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Contact Centre solutions.
- Analyse, diagnose, and comprehend customer practices within organizations, and convey their requirements to architectural and development teams when necessary.
- Translate gathered information into a coherent functional process.
- Utilise your knowledge of Dynamics 365 product capabilities to influence, recommend, and optimize client requirements.
- Demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge and problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.
Essential Experience:
- Profound knowledge of the MS Dynamics Platform, emphasizing expertise in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Contact Centre enhancements and solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing, diagnosing, and comprehending customer practices within organizations, with the ability to articulate their needs to architectural and development teams.
- Competence in translating discovered information into a well-defined functional process.
- Capability to provide insights, propose enhancements, and refine client requirements, leveraging your comprehension of Dynamics 365 product capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency in conducting workshops, prototyping, and evaluating market demands.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and exceptional communication skills.
Educational Requirements: A related 3rd level degree from a recognised institution
