Job Description

My Dublin base client is looking for an enthusiastic MS Dynamics Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer user support
  • Assume ownership and responsibility of allocated support tickets
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to provide quality technical support and consultancy
  • Investigate anomalies and identify the cause of the issue
  • Provide strict adherence to SLA when providing customer support
  • Work with other technical staff to ensure compatibility between departments
  • Provide technical training to customers
  • Catalogue relevant technical information on the internal SharePoint portal, such as systems problems and knowledge-based content
  • Helping with mapping and integration of data across multiple systems
  • Integrating CRM with PowerBI to provide comprehensive analytics

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience from a similar role
  • Previous client facing experience essential
  • Competent technical skills
  • Ability to use Dynamic CRM software
  • Ability to work with Senior Dynamics 365 development team to ensure system compatibility
  • Capability to use Visual studio development environments and debug CRM solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot deployed applications and suggest fix to the development team.
  • In depth understanding of Microsoft Power Platform offerings
  • Working knowledge of software such as .Net frameworks and C#
  • The desirable candidate will have previous experience with Cloud computing platforms such as Azure
  • Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks
