Mid Level .Net Developer

.Net/C# Contract Daily Rate – 12 month contract

Our Dublin based client is looking for a Mid-Level .Net Developer to join their team on a contract daily rate basis. The client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to assist the team in developing and designing software solutions. This client operates a hybrid model of 2 days on site and 3 days from home.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build Web applications using the ASP.NET Core
• Develop Software, documentation, and automated tests to meet the project requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders in order to define, refine and document the application requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Work alongside a range of teams to meet business/Project goals including Managers, BA’s, Product owners and QA Team.

Skills required:

• Maximum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position utilising .Net and C#
• Experience working in and agile environments
• Prior experience writing and carrying out unit/integration testing.
• Experience utilizing automated build systems.
• Proven knowledge around web application architectures including HTTP and Rest APIs
• Excellent database development skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Experience integrating with cloud technologies such as AWS services
• Prior exposure to containerization tools such as Docker

Education:

• 3^rd level Degree in Computer Science or similar relevant course.
