Job Description
My Dublin based client is looking for a Marketing Director to join their team, to develop and deliver ‘Go-To-Market’ strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ‘go-to-market’ strategies, to drive growth for the company’s online portfolio
- Support current and new programme launches in traditional and new markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful design and delivery of B2B and B2C strategies
- Plan and develop product launches and market activation plans
- Manage the company website design and content as well as broader digital real estate in support of the optimum market engagement and applicant journey
- Lead on the development of marketing and sales collateral, including, digital campaigns, sales decks and customer presentations
- Conduct market research, analysis and benchmarking to identify target customers, market trends and competitors
- Create and manage a budget for go-to-market activities, including advertising, events and promotions, driving value improvement and optimising ROI
- Drive CRM optimisation as a marketing, recruitment and reporting tool and enabler of strategy development and implementation
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, such as marketing and recruitment partners, advertising agencies and event planners
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment and marketing partners, advertising agencies and event planners, etc.
Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior management level Marketing role, 8+ years’ experience within a Marketing position
- Proven track record of successfully delivering go-to-market strategies, from development to implementation
- Expertise in Digital Market Strategy
- Extensive knowledge of optimizing and implementing marketing tools such as CRM
- Previously guided teams through the use of digital marketing tools, to implements marketing and recruitment strategies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform business decision making
- Project Management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Educational Requirements
