Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively on the implementation of and reporting on the marketing strategy
• Management of the digital presence of the online company portfolio via website maintenance, organic online activities, and digital marketing plans in support of recruitment activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and creative marketing initiatives, leveraging current marketing trends and technology solutions
• Development of content in different forms and channels including copy, creatives and video content
• Develop and execute effective CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, ensuring GDPR compliance
• Develop and implement customer journeys that deliver personalized and relevant communications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze CRM metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenueGSM

Experience Required

• 2+ years’ experience within a Marketing role
• Experience using CRM Systems
• Previous experience of event planning and coordination
• Ability to manage social media channels and generate content and campaigns
• Knowledge of content development in different formats
